Shipping & Returns


There's no doubt that COVID-19 has been difficult on all of us, but we're keeping operations running at full steam. Orders are being shipped every business day from Korea. Some post offices are experiencing minor transit delays. Thank you SO much for your patience if any unexpected delays arise.

International orders can take upwards of 3 weeks to be delivered with delayed and limited to no tracking once the package reaches the recipient country.


International Customers

For international orders are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. 

Typically takes anywhere between 14-21 business days to deliver the package, but can take up to 30 business days in some cases. Post office Shipping does not always include real time, up to date tracking information, depending on the recipient country’s postal service.

We are planning to add fast delivery service in the future.



International Return Policy

If at any point in the first 30 days you decide that you're not 100% satisfied with your new products, please contact us and we'll process your request and provide any/all information you need to make your return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, unaltered with tags, and in its original packaging. If something funny happens with an item, just reach out to us and we’ll make it right.

For return shipping fee, If you’re returning from overseas, we ask that you cover that cost and coordinate with us via contact us for your refund.

If your package can't be delivered and is sent back to us because you’re not there, an incorrect address was provided, refuse to pay import taxes, or moved without notifying us, the shipping cost for your order will not be refunded. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. If the package is not returned, the order will not be eligible for a refund.
